大阪市の姉妹都市をはじめ、海外からのゲストスピーカーをお招きし、英語による講演会を開催します。講演後は参加者同士やスピーカーとの懇談を通して、交流を深めていただきます。
第2回目のEnglish Hourは、2010年2月28日(日) 14：00～16：00、講師にアメリカ合衆国認定手話通訳士のダニー・ゴングさんをお招きし、英語手話やゴングさんが会長を務めておられるデフジャパンの活動についてお話しいただきます。また、英語手話を実際に体験したり、音楽スタジオで英語の発音講師をしていらっしゃる経験から、正しく英語を発音するコツの伝授など楽しく参加していただける企画をご用意しております。

English Hour No.2
The Osaka Sister City Associations Secretariat is excited to present another edition of the "English Hour". In our English Hour event, we invite foreign guest speakers who reside in the Kansai area to give presentations in English. The speaker and the audience will have the opportunity to converse together in English by having interactive discussions on various topics.
Our upcoming English Hour No.2 will feature Mr. Danny Gong, Director of Deaf Japan Language School. Danny will talk about his work involving American and Japanese Sign Language, instructing correct English pronunciation to inspiring Japanese singers and more. There will be an activity corner where the participants can interact with Danny and learn basic Sign Language, and also have the opportunity to brush up on their English pronunciation.
We look forward to seeing you on the 28th!
